Terri-Lynn (TL) Papagiannis was born and raised on the coast of Vancouver Island in British Columbia. TL attended Camosun College where she received a Diploma in Visual Arts before continuing her education at the University of Victoria, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

TL specializes in illustration and her creations have been used in a variety mediums, from children's books to advertisements -- her whimsical style is appealing to people of all ages. She currently lives with her husband and their son in Victoria, BC – a beautiful city where she also teaches drawing and illustration classes.
